We offer Islamic books and educational games for children of all ages. These books encourage learning about our religion, the Arabic language, the development of good manners, and celebrate diversity.

Our books are categorized by age range to ensure age-appropriate content. Each product description clearly states the recommended age, helping parents and teachers choose materials that match a child’s developmental stage. These age recommendations are for guidance only, as we believe every child is unique and follows their own path, and ultimately, each parent knows what is best for their child.

Orders can be placed directly through our website by adding products to your shopping cart and completing the secure checkout process.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments through Shopify’s secure checkout system, which supports major credit and debit cards.

5. How are your prices determined?

Our prices are based on the cost set by our suppliers and the operational fees associated with running our store through Shopify. As a small business, we are not able to purchase inventory in large quantities like bigger companies, which means we can't always offer the same low prices found on major resale platforms. However, thanks to the continued support of our customers, we hope to grow and offer more competitive pricing in the future, all while maintaining the quality of our products and the care we put into fulfilling each order.

6. Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout system, which uses industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your personal and financial information. We do not store or have access to your payment details.

7. What are the shipping options and delivery times?

We offer shipping via Royal Mail with two options to suit your needs: Tracked 48 and Tracked 24. Tracked 48 usually delivers within 2–3 business days, while Tracked 24 is faster, typically arriving the next business day. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

8. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status of your package online, or you can click here to track your order directly.

9. Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within the UK.

10. What is your return and exchange policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please contact our customer service team for assistance with the process.

12. How do I get the free PDF activity that comes with the book?

If the book you purchased includes a free PDF activity, it will be automatically sent to your email shortly after your order is confirmed. You can then download and print it at home for your child to enjoy.
